Your education background: Graduated from Springport High School.

Your path to our agency and your current role in the agency:

I had recently gotten married and move to the Kalamazoo area. A family member sent me the job posting for the Director of First Impressions. After working in the role for a couple of months, I was able to complete my licensing exam and was promoted to a Commercial Lines Account Manager.  

What do you like about Ron Jackson Agency:

I enjoy coming to work everyday because of the people I work with and the atmosphere the company creates for their employees. I believe we have a great team and do great work in the community! 

What do you like about being an insurance agent:

I love learning new things and there is always something new to learn in the world of insurance. I love seeing how the industry continues to fluctuate based on the always changing needs of our customers. 

Tell us about your family, home-life, what do you like to do with your free time:

I married my husband, Steve, in 2023 shortly before starting with the Ron Jackson Agency. We have two daughters who keep us busy with sporting events and family activities. Our favorite place to spend time is somewhere on the water when we aren’t traveling, creating memories, and sharing experiences with our girls.
