Your path to our agency and your current role in the agency?
Tom and Adam were in a business networking group together when Adam said that the agency was looking to hire a receptionist. I applied for that job but actually ended up being hired on as a Personal Lines Account Manager.
What do you like about Ron Jackson Insurance Agency?
One of the best parts of the job is the people I work with! I also love working for a family-owned business because we have multiple generations of customers who have been here from the start. Very cool!
What do you like about being an insurance agent?
I love how the industry is always changing which makes things never boring. I also like helping people with their insurance needs whether I have an answer right away or have to research the answer.
Tell us about your family, home life, and what you like to do with your free time.
I was born and raised in Kalamazoo. Married husband Tom in 2018. We enjoy camping with friends in our pop-up camper all around the state of Michigan. I attend TONS of Kzoo Growler baseball games in the summer where Tom works. I love any sort of DIY project whether it’s crafting or a home improvement project. I love to cook but baking is my favorite.
