Your path to our agency and your current role in the agency?
I joined the agency in August 1998 in the Plainwell office to service all the commercial accounts in that office. Since the 2 offices have combined I now service all the commercial accounts within the agency.
What do you like about Ron Jackson Insurance Agency?
I like the family-oriented feel of our office. It’s like my 2nd family.
What do you like about being an insurance agent?
I like being here for our customers and helping them in any way I can.
Tell us about your family, home life, and what you like to do with your free time.
I am married to my best friend Brian, we have 2 daughters, a son-in-law, a very special granddaughter and 2 spoiled cats named Will & Grace. In my free time, I like to read, hang out with friends, and visit breweries.
